VincentCare’s Young Adults Services provides a range of programs which support young adults aged 17-25 years who are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless.

The Young Adults Private Rental Entry Program is a targeted program that aims to support young people with an emerging or diagnosed mental health diagnosis support to enter into the private rental market.

The Young Adults THM program provides young adults aged 18-25 years in the Northern and Western Melbourne region who are experiencing homelessness with the opportunity to access housing support.
Youth Justice Community Support Service
The Youth Justice Community Support Service provides long term support to young adults experiencing homelessness aged 16-25 years who have a history of Youth Justice involvement.
Youth Justice Homeless Assistance
Youth Justice Homeless Assistance provides a referral and linkage service to young people aged 16-25 years where it has been determined that they are likely to become homeless on exit from custody.
