Sunbury Gardens Community Housing

A community accommodation facility for single adults and couples aged 50 years and over who are at risk of homelessness, have no or low support needs and are able to live independently.

Sunbury Gardens is a community housing facility for people over 50 years of age, who are at risk of homelessness, have no or low support needs and are able to live independently.

Sunbury Gardens is set in a large and inviting open space. It has 22 rooms and a community feel.

Residents have a home that is both sustainable and inclusive with their own bedroom and an ensuite, sitting room and fridge. Communal cooking and laundry amenities are also located on site.

Who is eligible to live at Sunbury Gardens?

To live at Sunbury Gardens applicants must be:

  • Aged 50 years and over;
  • Able to live independently; and
  • Receiving a regular income.

Normal public housing assets apply.
