Access and Support Program
This is a case management program to link vulnerable people with the services they need including home help, shopping assistance and community health services.
Adult Outreach Support Service
Provides holistic outreach support to adults who are finding it difficult to access or maintain secure and affordable housing.
Community Connections Program
Assists people over 35 who are experiencing homelessness or living in low-quality housing to address their unmet health issues.
Crisis Support Service
Provides short-term intensive support to single people and families with children, experiencing or at risk of homelessness, access community based or public housing.
An early intervention and prevention program for young people, families, adults and older adults who are at risk of homelessness and want to stay in the private rental market.
Initial Assessment and Planning (IAP)
This is the place to start for people who need housing assistance including crisis accommodation, emergency relief and referral.
A 35-bed crisis accommodation facility for men experiencing homelessness or housing crisis.
Ozanam Community Centre
The Community Centre runs a daily meals program, wellbeing activities and co-located health services, as well as shower and laundry facilities, information, support and referral.
Quin House is an 11-bed residential facility supporting men experiencing homelessness or social isolation to work through their substance dependancies.
Reconstructing Life after Dependency (RLAD)
RLAD is Quin House’s extension program for men who have recently completed a rehabilitation program and need extra support to live in the community while working with our outreach services to find suitable long-term accommodation.
Private Rental Brokerage Program (PRBP)
The Program helps young people with funds to secure private rental such as bond and rent in advance as well as furnishing the home with essentials like beds, fridges and washing machines.
Sunbury Gardens is a 22-room residential community for people aged over 45 who are at risk of homelessness, have no or low support needs and are able to live independently.
Olive's Place is a secure refuge for women and their children escaping family or domestic violence while being holistically supported by our case workers to successfully and safely move on with their lives.
Marian Community provides secure refuge and outreach support services to women and their children fleeing family or domestic violence. For personal safety reasons, we will only house women and children from non-local or interstate areas. Local women experiencing family violence should call Safe Steps on 1800 015 188.
