Crisis Support Service
The Crisis Support Service (CSS) provides support to single adults and families with children experiencing homelessness or housing crisis.
The Crisis Support Service provides short term intensive case management to people who are experiencing homelessness and want to be linked back into the Hume and Moreland region.
The Crisis Support Service assists families to access and maintain accommodation such as crisis accommodation, community and rooming houses, transitional housing and public housing.
The program operates via an outreach service. CSS provides support for six to eight weeks and will ensure appropriate referrals and linkages are arranged after this period of time for immediate or long term support.
