Supporting trans and gender diverse communities: a message of visibility and solidarity

We stand firm in our belief that all genders deserve loving relationships and safety. However, we recognise the harsh reality that trans and gender diverse individuals often face abuse and violence from families or partners, struggling to find safe and supportive services.

On Transgender Day of Visibility, we took action. Our Hume Community Hub came together in the vibrant trans pride flag colours, to show solidarity and support.

Today, we’re digitally launching our new poster series, a tangible symbol of our commitment to providing inclusive and welcoming services.

To the trans and gender diverse community, we want you to know: We see you. We hear you. And we are here to help.
