Ozanam Enterprises – Social Enterprises Hub

Ozanam Enterprises has been in operation for nearly 40 years providing employment to over 60 people living with disability. Volunteers are a valuable part of Ozanam Enterprises as they provide support to the employees to help them achieve successful outcomes.
Do you have four hours a week to spend supporting and guiding people living with disability to achieve their work goals? Are you able to teach personal skills that will be of assistance to employees and staff?
• Provide guidance and encouragement
• Be a positive role model
• Provide hands on assistance and gentle guidance to ensure quality control of work
• Provide staff support during shifts
• Provide guidance and support to employees to help them gain independence within the community
As a volunteer with VincentCare Victoria, you will be a valued member of the team assisting people living with disability to remain gainfully employed and help them to reach their goals.
