Request For Information
Effective 19 April 2021, VincentCare Victoria is required to be compliant with the Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) regulations as both a prescribed Information Sharing Entity (ISE) as well as a Risk Assessment Entity (RAE) delivering homelessness services and state-funded specialist family violence programs. To request information from VincentCare Victoria under the Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme (FVISS) Ministerial Guidelines as established by Part 5A of the Family Violence Protection Act 2008 (Vic) and the Child Information Sharing Scheme (CISS) Ministerial Guidelines as established under Part 6A of the Child Wellbeing and Safety Act 2005 (Vic) please complete and submit the Request for Information Form. Your request will be reviewed and a response provided via secure email with in 2-5 business days.
