VincentCare joins J2SI initiative to end long-term homelessness across Victoria
VincentCare is honoured to join a new consortium in launching the Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) program across Victoria

VincentCare is proud to be a part of a new consortium launching the Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) program across Victoria — a proven, evidence-based initiative designed to break the cycle of chronic homelessness.
Led by Sacred Heart Mission, the program brings together five of the state’s leading homelessness service providers, including VincentCare Victoria, Launch Housing, Neami National, and The Salvation Army, alongside research partner SGS Economics & Planning. This powerful collective aims to support up to 600 people experiencing long-term homelessness through intensive, wraparound support that addresses the root causes of homelessness.
VincentCare CEO Executive General Manager, Paul Turton said the partnership is an opportunity to create long-term change, “VincentCare is committed to inclusion and diversity. The J2SI consortium allows us to collaborate for meaningful change. Together, we can amplify our impact, share expertise and deliver culturally responsive solutions for those facing homelessness while advocating for systemic change.”
